English translation of the principle

Assessment of the existence of connection. A matter for the trial court. - Inconsistency between the facts of the case as stated in the judgment and its conclusion that connection exists. An error of law in characterising the relationship of connection between the offences. It vitiates the judgment and requires its partial cassation and correction. Example of absence of connection between the offences of importing psychotropic substances with intent to traffic and possessing narcotic substances with intent to consume.
