Exclusion of responsibility has no effect on the existence of civil liability arising from the criminalized act committed by the accused. Unlike grounds of justification. The reason: under them, the act committed by the accused is not considered an offence. The effect: he is not criminally or civilly liable for it. امتناع المسئولية لا تأثير له على قيام المسئولية المدنية الناشئة عن الفعل المؤثم الذي يقارفه المتهم. خلافاً لأسباب الإباحة. علة ذلك: لا يعد فيها الفعل الذي يرتكب المتهم جريمة. أثر ذلك: لا يسأل عنه جزائياً أو مدنياً. ثالثاً: التعويض عن أسباب الإباحة وموانع المسئولية:Original Arabic judgment citations
