The offense of forgery of an official document. It is not required that the document be issued by the employee competent to draw it up. Its establishment requires only the creation of a document modeled on an official document, whenever the fabricated document has the form and appearance of an official document and its creation is attributed to an employee competent - 246 - Penal to draw it up, to create the impression of its official character, even if it was not actually issued by that employee.
