Formation of a contract. Its condition. Acceptance must correspond to the offer on all matters. Failure of acceptance to match the offer, differing from it by addition or omission. It is regarded as a rejection containing a new offer. Effect thereof. The offeror becomes the offeree, and the latter may reject or accept.

انعقاد العقد. شرطه. تلاقى القبول مع الإيجاب في جميع المسائل. عدم تطابق القبول مع الإيجاب بأن اختلف عنه زيادة أو نقصاً. اعتباره رفضاً يتضمن إيجاباً جديداً. أثره. صيرورة الموجب موجباً له وللأخير أن يرفض أو يقبل.Original Arabic judgment citations
