Either must be manifest, or the court must have appointed a guardian. The implication. The presumption established by the legislature that the disposition was made in a state of insanity or mental deficiency arises only from the time it becomes notorious or the guardian is appointed. The burden of proving that the disposition was made during a lucid interval. Its transfer to the person asserting it.
