العقود المبرمة بعد سريان القانونين ١١ لسنة ١٩٩٥ و ٢٦ لسنة ١٩٩٥. لذوى الشأن والمشروعات المقامة بالمناطق الحرة الاتفاق على تسوية منازعاتهم الناشئة عنها بطريق التحكيم. التحكيم المنصوص عليه في القانون ٢٦ لسنة ١٩٩٥. نظام خاص. قصره على المنازعات التي تنشأ بين تلك المشروعات أو بينها وبين الجهة التي تتولى إدارة تلك المناطق أو غيرها من السلطات والأجهزة ذات الصلة بنشاط العمل بالمناطق الحرة. م ١ ق ١١ لسنة ١٩٩٥ بشأن التحكيم القضائي، ١٤ ق ٢٦ لسنة ١٩٩٥ بشأن المناطق الحرة. - ثبوت أن العقدين أبرما بعد العمل بالقانون ٢٦ لسنة ١٩٩٥ وانصبا على استغلال قسائم بالمنطقة التجارية الحرة وتضمنا إنصراف إرادة الطرفين إلى الاتفاق على طريق التحكيم المنصوص عليه في القانون ٢٦ لسنة ١٩٩٥ بشأن المناطق الحرة. أثره. خروج المنازعة عن اختصاص هيئات التحكيم القضائي المنصوص عليها في القانون رقم ١١ لسنة ١٩٩٥. - وراجع: عقد الاتفاق على شركات التحكيم. - ٥١٥ - التزام عقد التسهيلات:Original Arabic judgment citations
