Its provisions apply only to those to whom the school of Imam Malik applies, to the exclusion of others. - 88 - Law - Establishment of a child's lineage by the marital bed under the Ja‘fari school. Its condition. Consummation with his mother, the lapse of 6 months or more from intercourse without exceeding the maximum gestation period, or acknowledgment of him expressly or by implication. His action denying the child's lineage to him shall not be heard, whether by li‘an or otherwise.
