A limited liability company. It must be entered in the commercial register. It does not acquire legal personality until after this registration. - A contract for which the legislature prescribes a special form. Absence thereof. Its effect. Absolute nullity. Exceptions thereto: the principle of stability of transactions, protection of third parties, and a person not benefiting from his own fault. - The partners' failure to embody the company contract in the form required by law. They may not invoke the nullity of its incorporation contract against third parties.
