English translation of the principle
Claiming from shareholders the unpaid balance of the value of their shares during the company's existence and before its termination. The manner thereof: it may recover its entitlement itself by offering the shares for sale at public auction or on the stock exchange, collecting its entitlement and returning the remainder of the price to the shareholder. Article 104 of the Companies Law.
