English translation of the principle

Termination of a current-account contract of indefinite duration at the will of either party. Permissible, since it is a contract based on personal considerations, requiring each party to be given the right to withdraw from the contract if those considerations are affected. - 209 - Obligation Both parties must observe the notice periods agreed upon or established by custom. Either party may close the account at any time, and its action claiming the account balance is admissible once the account has actually been closed. This is not altered by the respondent bank’s subsequent receipt of payments from the appellants into two parallel accounts which it used to pay part of the balances of the two accounts. The reason for this. An example.
