Transfer of the rights and obligations arising from the insurance contract to the person to whom ownership of the vehicle has passed, with the former owner remaining jointly and severally liable with the new owner for compliance with the provisions of the Traffic Law until the license is transferred or the plates returned. The condition for this joint and several liability: breach of the reasonable conditions of the insurance contract.

انتقال الحقوق والالتزامات الناشئة عن عقد التأمين إلى من آلت إليه ملكية المركبة مع بقاء المالك القديم مسؤولاً بالتضامن مع المالك الجديد عن تنفيذ احكام قانون المرور حتى نقل الترخيص أو رد اللوحات. شرط قيام هذه المسئولية التضامنية: الإخلال بالشروط المعقولة بعقد التأمين.Original Arabic judgment citations
