The establishment of a debtor’s liability under a joint and several obligation prevents that debtor from benefiting from the other debtor’s liability so long as the former’s own liability has been established. - The obligation of a company’s managers, where there are several, for the entirety of its debt due to the creditor, who has a right of recourse for it against them together or against any one of them.
