A judgment rendered in an indivisible subject matter, a joint and several obligation, or an action in which the law requires the joinder of specified persons. Its effect. A judgment debtor who has missed the time limit for appeal or accepted the judgment may appeal it during the hearing of an appeal brought within the time limit by one of his fellow judgment debtors, joining him in his requests. Its condition. The earlier appeal must have been validly brought.
