إتمام الوكيل تنفيذ الوكالة. أثره. وجوب تقديمه حساباً مفصلاً للموكل شاملاً جميع أعمالها . سقوط هذا الالتزام بإعفاء من الموكل أو إذا كانت طبيعة المعاملة أو الظروف تقضي بذلك الإعفاء . إثبات تلك الظروف . وقوعه على عاتق الوكيل.Original Arabic judgment citations
