An action for restitution of what was paid without legal entitlement. Becomes time-barred upon the lapse of three years from the day on which the claimant in restitution knows, or upon the lapse of fifteen years from the day on which this right arises, whichever period is earlier. Contravention of this. An error requiring cassation of the judgment.

دعوى استرداد ما دفع بغير وجه حق. سقوطها بمضي ثلاث سنوات من اليوم الذي يعلم فيه المدعي في الاسترداد أو بانقضاء خمس عشرة سنة من اليوم الذي ينشأ فيه هذا الحق أي المدتين أقرب. مخالفة ذلك. خطأ يوجب تمييز الحكم.Original Arabic judgment citations
