A debt entered in a current account is not subject to the prescription governing it before its entry in the current account, but is subject to the prescription prescribed for the balance. The challenged judgment's contravention thereof and its ruling accepting the defence of ten-year prescription. Error in application of the law.

الدين الذي قيد في الحساب الجاري لا يخضع للتقادم الذي يحكمه قبل دخوله الحساب الجاري بل يخضع للتقادم المقرر للرصيد. مخالفة الحكم المطعون فيه ذلك وقضائه بقبول الدفع بالتقادم العشري. خطأ في تطبيق القانون.Original Arabic judgment citations
