An action for management of another's affairs without mandate. It is barred upon the lapse of three years from the day of knowledge of the arising of the right, or fifteen years from the day on which it arises. Article 278, Civil Code. What is meant by knowledge. It is actual knowledge. The reason for that. Limitation of recurring periodic rights:
