The Executive Regulations of the Traffic Law. A legal provision forming part of the insurance contract. The effect thereof on limitation of actions arising therefrom. They fall within those arising from the insurance contract and are therefore barred upon the expiry of three years from the occurrence of the event giving rise to the claim, namely the insurance company’s payment of the compensation amount.
