The Fellowship Fund for members of the Petrochemical Industry Workers’ Union. Its establishment is considered among the activities undertaken by the Union. It does not possess legal personality independent of the Union. Proceedings must be directed against its legal representative. The latter’s obligation to discharge, from the Union’s funds, liabilities incurred by the Fund before its dissolution and liquidation. Invoking the debtor’s insolvency or lack of solvency does not alter this.
