Absence of the stipulated quality in a sale specifying a desired quality in the thing sold. It gives the purchaser the option of rescission or taking the thing sold for the full price. The seller has no option. The purchaser’s disposal of all or part of the thing sold extinguishes the purchaser’s option.

تخلف الوصف في بيع بوصف مرغوب في المبيع. يعطي للمشتري خيار الفسخ أو أخذ المبيع بجميع الثمن. لا خيار للبائع. تصرف المشتري في المبيع كله أو جزء منه يبطل خياره.Original Arabic judgment citations
