Kuwait Court of Cassation principle number 272

A void contract produces no effect. It is regarded as such from the time of its conclusion. The consequence of this: restoring the contracting parties to the position they occupied before contracting whenever this is feasible. If this is impossible, the judge may order equivalent performance.
