Assessment of compensation making good the damage. Within the trial judge’s authority. He may award aggregate compensation for all damage. Its condition: stating the elements of damage for which this compensation was awarded and discussing each element thereof. His being subject in this respect to review by the Court of Cassation.

تقدير التعويض الجابر للضرر. من سلطة قاضي الموضوع. له القضاء بتعويض إجمالي عن جميع الأضرار. شرطه: بيان عناصر الضرر الذي قضى من أجله بهذا التعويض ومناقشة كل عنصر فيها. خضوعه في ذلك لرقابة محكمة التمييز.Original Arabic judgment citations
