The Court of Cassation. Its jurisdiction to hear an application to disqualify an arbitrator. The applicant for disqualification is not obliged to deposit security. Its effect. No grounds for its forfeiture. 23- The court competent to hear an appeal against the judgment rendered in an action to annul an arbitral award:-
