The Board of Directors of the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation, chaired by the Minister of Oil, to which the State's shares in the capital of the Kuwait Oil Tanker Company devolved. It has the powers of the ordinary general assembly of that company. The consequence thereof. All financial matters relating to it, including the benefits and remuneration granted to its members, must be submitted to it for approval.
