The Public Authority for Assessment of Compensation for Losses from the Iraqi Aggression. Its task. Inventorying and assessing the losses of persons harmed by acts committed by the aggressor against the country during the specified period and its obligation to compensate for them. It was not granted judicial jurisdiction to adjudicate compensation actions. The jurisdiction of the ordinary judiciary over compensation for acts committed by the aggressor during its aggression and the resulting damage whose manifestation was delayed until the end of the aggression.
