A dispute relating to movable or immovable property. The value of the action is assessed according to the value of the property in dispute. The claimant must assess its value before any step is taken in the action. The Registry may amend that value within 1 week if it appears lower than its true value; otherwise, the value stated by the claimant is deemed correct. Article 3, Law 17 of 1973 concerning judicial fees. 4- Public Prosecution:-

النزاع المتعلق بمنقول أو عقار. تقدير قيمة الدعوى بقيمة المال المتنازع عليه. وجوب تقدير المدعي لقيمته قبل اتخاذ أي إجراء في الدعوى. لإدارة الكتاب تعديل هذه القيمة إذا تبين أنها أقل من حقيقتها خلال أسبوع وإلا اعتبرت القيمة التي أوردها المدعي صحيحة. م٣ ق ١٧ لسنة ١٩٧٣ بشأن الرسوم القضائية. ٤- الإدعاء العام:-Original Arabic judgment citations
