English translation of the principle
The court of first instance's ruling invalidating an arbitral award because of the invalidity of the arbitration submission agreement, without adjudicating the remaining grounds of invalidity. The court does not thereby exhaust its jurisdiction over them. The papers must be remitted to it for adjudication thereof.

قضاء محكمة أول درجة ببطلان حكم التحكيم لبطلان مشارطته دون الفصل في باقي أسباب البطلان. لا تستنفد به المحكمة ولايتها بشأنها. وجوب إعادة الأوراق إليها للفصل فيها.Original Arabic judgment citations
