قبول طلب الرد من الوكيل. شرطه. تقديمه توكيلاً خاصاً عند التقرير به برد قاضٍ بعينه أو هيئة بعينها في دعوى بذاتها. علة ذلك: طلب رد القاضي له طبيعة خاصة تجعله حقاً - ٦٧١ - المرافعات شخصياً للخصم نفسه وليس لمحاميه أن ينوب عنه فيه. مخالفة ذلك. أثرها. عدم قبول تقرير الرد.Original Arabic judgment citations
