English translation of the principle
The appellant must deposit the security for the cassation appeal and then lodge his originating pleading with the court registry, attaching evidence of the security deposit. The registry must therein the appeal in the register designated for that purpose on the same day, then deliver a copy of the originating pleading and the explanatory memorandum, if any, to the Enforcement Department for service.

وجوب إيداع الطاعن لكفالة الطعن بالتمييز ثم إيداعه صحيفته إدارة كتاب المحكمة مرفقاً بها ما يثبت إيداع الكفالة. على إدارة الكتاب فيه الطعن في السجل المعد لذلك في ذات اليوم ثم تسليم صورة الصحيفة والمذكرة الشارحة إن وجدت إدارة التنفيذ لإعلانها.Original Arabic judgment citations
