The necessity of recording all steps taken to effect service in its original and copy. Failure to record them and issuance of judgment in that situation despite the addressee’s failure to appear. Its effect. Nullity of the judgment. - Rejection of the plea of nullity of service of the statement of claim despite failure to record the addressee’s absence in the document, on the ground that the servant’s refusal to receive service means that the woman to be served was absent. This vitiates the judgment and requires its cassation.
