The legislature has not determined these fees according to specified criteria. Their assessment. الأتعاب الفعلية للمحاماة. هي تلك التي يدفعها المحكوم له في الدعوى لمحاميه الذي كلفه بالمطالبة بحقه أو الزود عنه. هذه الأتعاب لم يحددها المشرع بأسس محددة. تقديرها. من سلطة محكمة الموضوع في ضوء موضوع الدعوى ودرجة التقاضي المنظورة فيها. - المحكمة التي تختص بتقدير أتعاب المحاماة الفعلية. المقصود بها والإجراءات المقررة قانوناً لتقديرها. مثال. - ٣٨ - المرافعات ١٢- إجراءات طلب تفسير الحكم:-Original Arabic judgment citations
