Kuwait Court of Cassation principle number 20
State of Kuwait · Pleadings — Part Two · Ministry of Justice — Court of Cassation — Technical Office
English translation of the principle
Interest is the prerequisite for an action. Its implication. Inadmissibility of any claim or plea in which its proponent has no existing interest recognised by law. An example of absence of interest after the judgment ruled that the action concerning the underlying right could not be heard and rejected the claim for validation of the attachment.
