An incidental ownership action. Its nature. Its basis is ownership of the attached real property through a registered contract, possession for the long period conferring ownership by prescription, or any means of acquiring ownership. - Ownership of real property does not transfer, whether between the contracting parties or as against third parties, except by registration. - Recovery action:-
