دعوى التعويض عن النشر تسقط إذا لم ترفع خلال ثلاثة أشهر من تاريخ النشر ما لم توجد ظروف قهرية تحول دون رفعها. وقف الدعوى المدنية حتى الفصل نهائياً في الدعوى الجزائية. لا أثر له في هذا الميعاد. علة ذلك.Original Arabic judgment citations
