Actions brought against a Kuwaiti or a foreigner who has a domicile or a non-habitual place of residence in Kuwait and has an elected domicile therein. Jurisdiction of Kuwaiti courts to hear them. Exception. Immovable-property actions concerning immovable property situated outside Kuwait, whether the action is a personal immovable-property action, an action in rem, or a mixed action. - Action for a stay of enforcement of an award of the Arbitration Panel for Deferred Company Share Transactions:-
