Grievance against an order assessing court fees. Its manner. Either by a declaration filed with the registry of the court that rendered the judgment within the eight days following its service, if the dispute concerns the amount of the fees, or by following the ordinary procedures for bringing an action, if the grievance is based on the basis of the obligation to pay these fees.

التظلم من أمر تقدير الرسوم القضائية. كيفيته. إما بتقرير في إدارة كتاب المحكمة التي أصدرت الحكم في ظرف ثمانية أيام التالية لإعلانه إذا كان النزاع حول مقدار الرسوم. أو باتباع الإجراءات العادية في رفع الدعوى إذا كان التظلم مبناه أساس الالتزام بهذه الرسوم.Original Arabic judgment citations
