Resumption of an appeal after it has been struck out. Its manner. By one party validly serving the other party with notice of its resumption within ninety days from the date it was struck out. The reason therefor. Article 59 of the Civil and Commercial Procedure Law, as amended by Law 36 of 2002. 5- Time limit for summons to appear:-
