Interruption of proceedings. Its purpose. Avoiding procedural steps being taken without the parties' knowledge. Achievement of that purpose by serving the party in his personal capacity after the capacity of the person representing him during the hearing of the action has ceased. Its effect. The court may continue hearing the action without ruling that the proceedings are interrupted. Condition thereof: verification that the party has been served in his personal capacity.
