English translation of the principle
Merely delivering a copy of the service document to one of the spouses, relatives, or relatives by marriage residing with the person to be served. Does not suffice for valid service at the original domicile. The process server must record, in its original and copy, the non-obligation of the recipient of service and the capacity of the person who received the copy from him. The rationale thereof.

مجرد تسليم صورة الإعلان لأحد القاطنين مع الشخص المطلوب إعلانه من أزواج أو أقارب أو أصهار. لا يكفي لصحة الإعلان في الموطن الأصلي. وجوب أن يثبت القائم بالإعلان. في أصله وصورته عدم وجوب المعلن إليه وصفة من تسلم منه الصورة. علة ذلك.Original Arabic judgment citations
