صحيفة الدعوى تنتج آثارها بمجرد إيداعها إدارة الكتاب إلا أن إعلانها إجراء لازم لانعقاد الخصومة. - قطع التقادم بالمطالبة القضائية مرهون بإعلان الصحيفة. تخلف الاعلان.أثره. زوال الخصومة بجميع آثارها ومنها انقطاع المدة المقررة لعدم سماع الدعوى.Original Arabic judgment citations
