Service on an association is directed to its administrative headquarters by delivering the copy to its legal representative, one of those responsible for its management, or whoever acts in its place. If the association has no administrative headquarters, the copy shall be delivered to any of them personally or at his workplace or domicile. If none of them is found or the intended recipient refuses to receive the copy, it shall be delivered to the police station, with the person to be served being notified thereof by registered letter. When service on the association through the Public Prosecution is valid. Commencing with service on the association through the Public Prosecution renders it void.
