The service document. When it is invalid. - The name of the person effecting service must be stated in the copy. The purpose thereof. Stating both of them in the original document suffices. The effect thereof. - The appellant’s failure to state his domicile or workplace in the statement of claim. Permits service of the notice of appeal on him at his elected domicile.
