A dispute over the amount of judicial fees. Distinguished from a dispute over the basis and extent of the obligation to pay them and its discharge. The former is brought by a grievance before the process server or by a declaration at the court registry, while the latter follows the ordinary procedures for bringing an action.

المنازعة في مقدار الرسوم القضائية. اختلافها عن المنازعة في أساس الالتزام بها ومداه والوفاء به. الأولى بالتظلم أمام مندوب الإعلان أو بتقرير في إدارة كتاب المحكمة أما الثانية فتكون بالإجراءات المعتادة في رفع الدعوى.Original Arabic judgment citations
