The court of merits. It is not obliged to follow the parties through the various aspects of their defenses, and has absolute discretion not to grant their request to refer the action for investigation or take further evidentiary measures. Condition thereof. 26- Its power to appoint an expert and assess his work:-

محكمة الموضوع. عدم التزامها بتتبع الخصوم في مناحي دفاعهم ولها السلطة المطلقة في عدم إجابة الخصوم إلى طلب إحالة الدعوى إلى التحقيق أو اتخاذ المزيد من إجراءات الإثبات. شرط ذلك. ٢٦- سلطتها في ندب الخبير وتقدير عمله:-Original Arabic judgment citations
