English translation of the principle

An urgent judgment staying enforcement of the authentic contract constituting the debt instrument in respect of which a travel ban order was issued, because of a dispute over the amount of the debt between the parties to the contract. Does not alter the due date for payment of the debt agreed upon in the contract or negate its existence. Its effect is limited to merely staying compulsory enforcement proceedings against the debtor. - A travel ban order. Is not an enforcement instrument. Its valid issuance. Its continued existence is not affected by a stay of enforcement of the debt instrument in respect of which that order was issued because of a dispute over its amount. The reason: the legislature did not require, for its issuance, that the right of the creditor seeking the order be ascertained in amount, deeming it sufficient that it be certain in existence and due for payment. - 78 - Civil Procedure
