The receiver's remuneration. Part of the costs of the action. It is assessed by an order on petition issued by the urgent matters judge who appointed him. The assessment order and the judgment rendered on the grievance against it supplement the judgment imposing the costs of the action. - Charging receivership fees to the receivership. The receiver may not claim his fees from any of those subject to the receivership. He must follow the route prescribed by law by obtaining an order assessing them. 9- Settlement procedures:-

أجر الحارس. من مصروفات الدعوى. تقديره يكون بأمر على عريضة من قاضي الأمور المستعجلة الذي عينه. الأمر الصادر بالتقدير والحكم الصادر في التظلم منه يكمل الحكم الصادر بالإلزام بمصاريف الدعوى. - إضافة أتعاب الحراسة على عاتق الحراسة. لا يجوز للحارس مطالبة أي من الخاضعين للحراسة بأتعابه. وجوب سلوكه الطريق الذي رسمه القانون باستصدار أمر بتقديرها. ٩- إجراءات تسوية:-Original Arabic judgment citations
