Resolutions issued by the Municipal Council. The Council of Ministers may object to them within two weeks from the date of their issuance and resubmit the resolution to the Municipal Council. Approval of the resolution by the latter by a majority of its members. Its effect. It is deemed effective after two weeks have elapsed from the date of its reapproval and without requiring ratification by the Council of Ministers.

القرارات التي يصدرها المجلس البلدي. لمجلس الوزراء الإعتراض عليها خلال أسبوعين من تاريخ إصدارها وإعادة عرض القرار مرة أخرى على المجلس البلدي. موافقة الأخير بأغلبية أعضائه على القرار. أثره. اعتباره نافذاً بعد مضي أسبوعين من تاريخ إعادة إقراره ودون حاجة إلى التصديق عليه من مجلس الوزراء.Original Arabic judgment citations
