Establishment of a child’s parentage by the marital bed under the Ja‘fari school. Its condition. Consummation with the mother, the passage of six months or more from intercourse, and the maximum gestation period not being exceeded, or acknowledgement of the child expressly or by implication. His action denying the child’s parentage to him shall not be heard, whether by mutual imprecation or otherwise.
