Interest is the basis of an action. What is meant by it. The practical benefit accruing to the person bringing the action from a judgment granting his claims. The effect of this: an action is inadmissible if the litigant or the legal position sought to be protected by it has not suffered an infringement or been the subject of a dispute justifying recourse to the courts. - An action. Its basis. Interest. The nature of that interest. Example: an action in which interest does not exist and which is therefore inadmissible. - A ruling of inadmissibility of the action.
