The condition for this: that they have been attached to the case file. Serving them on the opposing litigant. Not necessary. - Omission to respond to a document submitted during the period when the case was reserved for judgment without the court’s permission:-

المستندات وأوجه الدفاع التي يقدمها أحد الخصوم أثناء نظر الدعوى. تعتبر من أوراق الدعوى التي يجوز أن تعتمد عليها المحكمة في قضائها. شرط ذلك: أن تكون قد أُرفقت بملف الدعوى. إعلان الخصم بها. غير لازم. - إغفال الرد على مستند قدم في فترة حجز الدعوى للحكم دون تصريح من المحكمة:-Original Arabic judgment citations
